Are mosaic lamps handmade?
Yes, all our mosaic lamps are handcrafted, piece by piece. Each model is unique, with slight variations that add to its charm.
What materials are your lamps made of?
Our lamps are made with hand-cut colored glass set on a metal base. The materials are durable and heat-resistant.
Can the lamps be used with any type of light bulb?
Our lamps use an E14/E27 LED bulb (depending on the model). We recommend a white or warm LED bulb for a beautiful lighting effect and to prevent overheating.
Are the lamps ready to use?
Yes, each lamp comes with its electrical fitting ready to be plugged in. The bulb is not always included (see product description).
How long does it take to prepare a custom-made lamp?
It takes approximately two days to prepare a custom lamp. On the first day, we glue the glass pieces (diamond shapes) together and then let them dry. The following day, we apply the cement, which also needs to dry before shipping.
What is the length and style of the plug?
Our lamps are equipped with a European plug (EU standard). The cable length depends on the model and is specified in each product description.
How to maintain a mosaic lamp?
A soft, dry cloth is all you need to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the shine of colored lenses.
Can I customize my lamp?
We offer some customizable models (size, colors). Contact us and we'll see what's possible.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, we deliver to Belgium and throughout Europe. Delivery times vary between 3 and 7 business days depending on the country.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on weight and destination country. Delivery is free above a certain amount (see website for details).
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return your item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What if my lamp arrives broken?
No worries: if your lamp is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately with a photo, and we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
